Salt Cellar

Salt Cellar is for children from 3 - 11 years (Pre-school - Year 6).

Why Salt Cellar?

Matthew 5:13 says “You are the Salt of the earth” - this is our aim for the children we care for.

What do we do?

In our time together we have a Praise Time and Bible Story. We also have: Games, Quizzes, Craft, Memory Verses, competitions, Birthday celebrations and the Grab Bag! There are also other events during the year which include: Nativity Service, Christmas Party and end of year Praise Party

There are 3 groups:

Crystals (ages 3 - 5)
Bible stories and Praise time, puppets, art and craft and other activities which are all used to provide an interesting and fun morning.

Sea Salts (Years 1 - 2)
Exploring the Bible using a whole range of age appropriate activities including crafts and games.

Rock Salt & Pure Salt (Years 3 - 6)
Meets in the Red Zone in the Hall. We unpack themes from the Bibles using video, drama, games and small group discussion.
